Client/login doesn't work

    Default Client/login doesn't work

    As soon as I press enter (after typing my id/pw) the client just closes.

    I've re-installed ko and nothing has changed.

    Any help plx?

    yeah you are getting the same error as me login 10038 if you click ok instead of enter you actually see the error. i have been told that it is a socket problem on kos side and there is nothing we can really do about it which sucks.

    but who knows they could be wrong ;\

    i dont think its that kind of problem, i just rebooted my pc I logged in fine, but im guessing you already did that ^^

    try this
    To be able to decide what is wrong, you can do the following.
    Make sure you can access the Event Viewer...this can be found (on WinXP) per example:

    - Rightclick the My Computer icon on the desktop and select Manage
    - In the window Computer Management in the left pane you'll Event Viewer, click that
    - In the right pane you doubleclick on System
    - Leave this window like it is

    Now start up KO. You will get the error and return back to Windows.
    Go back to this window of Computer Management and look at the top, there you will see some red circles with white crosses.
    Doubleclick on this and check the text in there. This can give a clue what program is interfering with KO.

    Had exactly the same problem, uninstall proxifier.
