Mgame Official Forum If i Cant get Through Supoprt ticket?

the support ticker is on a delay, where can i contact them directly? my acct just got hacked last night. 2 of them actually... any help would be much appreciated.

curiousness of how they change your infomations like email and such.

i went to my many acccts,
i tried re-changing my current email and before you can change the email. they send you a confirmation to your current email to ask for a change of email.
now i dont know how my acct's email was changed with out recieving the notification.?

pw change
email change
secrey code/key change

all above requires a notification to your current email before oyu can make any changes...now the question is, i didnt recieved any of these notfications, the the email linked to my acct is not linked anymore? and my pw has been changed.

i got the same problem i want to login my char and can't because my password is incorrect ... i didint changed it by myself and if i let them send me a message i wont get it on the registered email ? what happend ?

yeah man....i'm having the same issue, the email i registered with the acct are not register anymore and the pw was changed. but i cant get through the supppor ticket atm. i'm a little worried man. i had 2 acct logged on that night, and 2 of those acct were affect with this problem...
