I think the only way to get ur items back is; buy bronze prem and send a ticket, stating what happened and hope for the best.
Don't think there any other ways of contacting K2 especially with their already crappy support.

Yup everythimg was changed, and im %99 sure i know who did it, and it wasnt the guy who sold me the acc... I saw a guy in moraden selling 4 outta 5 of the otems i lost, i asked him how he got em, and he said a guy named LLGOLD sold em rly cheap to him... I told him i got hacked of the same items, and then he asked if i lost a raptor +8... That was the 5th item, so i asked him how he knew cuz i didnt mention that, so he told me LLGOLD was also selling it....
