Both are a little over priced, but if I had to choose one of them, I would go with the first one. Reason why? Because it's basically the same PC what it lacks in processor size, it makes up for in processor speed. There is practically no difference in the video cards, at all. The shared memory is less, which is good. And the 150 you have extra buy yourself another stick of RAM, which would cost 30$ max. All in all, first one definitely.

hmm cool and these are actually pretty cheap compared to the danish standards ( everything here in denmark cost like 30-50% more than in the US.. ) Gotta love the socalists xD

get I5 processor... It's quad core and will serve you better in the long run
I3 is "only" duo core processor and will give you a bottle neck effect in time with that graphic card.

Also... Look at it in financially. Wait till the 3th quarter to buy something since nvidia will also release a new graphic card. And everything will drop in prices because of too much stock and not enough buyers ^^

2nd one ofc.... CPU cache matters alot when it comes to performance, and 4MB and 8MB is a whole level difference

With ease. If even I can do it on my laptop with duo core 2.50ghz(6mb cache) with 512mb dedicated graphic memory and 3 gig ram... I'm sure it won't be problem for the I5 and 1 gig of graphic memory with 6 gig ram lol
