Constant lag for 3-4 months by now

It started in january/february, been suffering so long for now. In ko i get constant 1-2 sec lags and in other game servers' ping is usually twice as it should be.
I called my isp like month ago, i told them about my problem and they of course said it's my settings or game servers problem, but it ain't cuz others don't lag, so eventually
they checked my connection and didn't find anything wrong with it and that was all. My cousin with same isp lives basically next door and he's lagging aswell.
So here i am still lagging, my isp doesn't know anything, it's not game servers issue, it can't be my pc (eventho its piece of junk) cuz my cousin lags too.
It's probably isp's issue that i lag, but they don't do shit and i can't change isp too, since it's not up to me. Dead state for me i gotta keep enjoying lag and get run over by every noob.

My question would be is there anyway to track where lag occurs?

To ur final question: Yes, u can find the server where the packs are lost, but its a bit complicated and I doubt YOU can do anything about it, coz I had the exact same experience few years ago, and the only solution for me was to use another ISP till the lag was gone on the orginal ISP (it got fixed by itself).

i agree, im laggin too, so is my bro. yesterday, i had lup up and out of knowwhere 5 sins and a warrior and a bp jumped me. hit bar went crazy lol, and i was in an open field lol

ya tried that, but gave up in a middle cuz there were over 20 ips and in the end im not able to do anything anyway
i just gotta keeping hoping it will get fixed itself

my only problem is 2-3 sec screen freeze when i enter to moradon in d1 and that's all. :P
Dude, u gotta switch to Elion DTV. had only 1 issue when they got attacked by thunderbolt and they fixed it with an hour or so, no
more issues in few years.

I have a "game freeze" , not computer freeze , but a net freeze whenever I get 2+ novas on me.
It started over a year ago , it happend on usko , on private servers , everywhere , and it's annoying as hell.
I've heard of some others that have the exact same problem , but we can't get it solved.
Help please
P.S : By net freeze , I mean my char CAN move , but others don't move.
Computer freeze=both can't move.

I get this issue when I pk...even on low graphic option I get a 2 second lag when attacking anyone...it sucks...usually ruins my pk experience because when they red ball...I lag and die...or they get far enough away to pot and /town
