control lag

when i use a skill it need 2 or 3 sec's to work ...
and when i talk or party , all chat , clan , ally , shout ... it takes 3 sec's :S..
although of that .. no lag .. ppl are running .. dunno what is the problem ..
dont think its a internet problem ..
cuz my friend has less than my internet speed .. and has no lag

Try to wheel down the infobar and party chat.... and btw if ur friends don't lagg and u have better internet it doesn't mean u don't lagg... If u have 100000 mb internet and your friend 1 mb then your internet can still lagg but his not.
