tried creating 2 accounts, one i got the activation email but it goes to ko hp and doesnt activate it. the other i havent gotten any emails after 3 hours(tried creating today) any help?

ok i read a few other ones and they said that phone # is required but doesnt show it, but i put in a bunch of random information and it was sent to me right away
