And yes if searched other post and topics and no one had a fix or posted on if it was fixed or if they were ever successful. But never had magic bags everything deleted on the character, Noah has been stored in inn hostess. Not in a clan. any ideas or resolution to it would be of great help!
Need more details on this one. Can you send a picture of your inventory like this : https://i.gyazo.com/b48775204b5af118...802200e7aa.png and also the error it gives you when trying to use the CSS

Just to make sure, you aren't trying to use the CSS on a char, while actually being ingame with that char yea? You have to be on a side char.
And the security code you enter is right?

Yeah I'm logged on an alt character and the CSS is on the alt chat that's on trying to use to seal the other character, and yes the security code is right I've even changed it it just to make sure
Pretty sure your character is bugged (saw in forums that this quite often happens),all you can do is write a ticket to nttgame NTTGame Global Service Support

Yeah I sent one at the beginning of the week and after the patch last night I received a replay saying the error has been resolved. I was able to seal it so I guess it was bugged
