there is wrote pick up date:2001 - 01 - 12...

cant do anythink.. god damn it. what to do

u clicked at saved letter so u have it already-.-
check u iventory and go to npc next to this Cosper Npc guy and open u dc prem there

you dont understund. i dont have it on inventory. cuz it cant be put on it
i was trying all time relog and more. i heard that more ppl had a similar problem and there was wrong date too (2001 year ) should i write ticket?

Have you tried to collect it from another character on your account the FIRST TIME you open it on said character?

All the premium that you need to get as a letter item are bugged atm, K2*ed basically.
