DC problems

so i get DC at least every 20mins.. i'm using win7. i did ran it as administrator, reinstalled knight online, bought new modem, updated drivers and still the same..

anyone have anything else what could help with this problem?

well i had the same problem but you have to first do some research

see if everytime you dc .. does your modem change does the lighting change
i have dsl soo someones when i dc my dsl light is not lit up

if so then your problem is with either the modem something external

what kind of service do you have telefonica, personal,claro telemex, nextel???
