dc when pressing on character

so i got a character in ronark was killing stuff with a party and then bam i got tped to a other place party got disbanded and i run back ot them dc i go check site nutting suspecious ot c i go ronark login buth when pressing character dc i go edana i press my character and i can normal login i go back ornark make new character next to the dc character and i was possible to login into the game i dunno what the fuck is wrong with my character and how i fix it thanks in advance
