died ingame: no press ok button screen appears

i died in old arena and i cant press ok to ressurect... anyone else got experience with this?

in beta i just reloged and it was fine

Happened also today in BDW for 2 members of my party...

Tried to rezz them, didn't work. If anyone has a solution how to resurrect w/o logging out, my respect is yours.

so i relogged a bunch of times wich didn't help so .. i just didn't try at all for hours and i relogged to s1 and press ok screen did appear again.
