sure u made a mistake but you obviously need to fully compensate him but for him to go make a post and all this shit i can understand not wanting to do it lol
reading the msn convo's it sounds like you're both being really unreasonable and childish. I'm sure if you acted maturely you could easily come to an agreement that would suit you both.
Recently i made a deal for a wow account with loads of my old ko stuff, and when it came to the trade i realised one of the items that i was to trade was missing. I made my appology and offered a different trade. With my new offer i went above and beyond my original deal as i realised i was the one that had fucked up.
At the same time i don't think either of the attitudes adopted here are particularly beneficial to having the situation resolved. I am pretty sure Shai isn't trying to scam you Jay and you'd do better approaching him in a more fitting manner, and I am sure Shai will work out some form of 'compensation' for his mistake.
These things really don't have to turn into some huge melodrama

I dont normally take sides in things like this, but shai, ur COMPLETELY missing the point.
U say that it was a mistake to type that u were selling 2x PE with the account.. ok fair enough, but then u say its no ones fault? sorry but that doesnt work. If YOU mistyped it, EVEN if u didnt mean it, its your fault. Its like saying paying somoene a £10 note instead of a £20 and saying it was a mistake its noones fault and im sorry but i wont give u the £20 instead of the £10 because all trades are final..
Try and understand what Jay is saying. he IS NOT calling you a scammer because if u were u wudda taken the money and not given him the account. He is simply saying he ahs payed for osmething that he didnt get. its like going into a shop, giving money for a t-shirt, and then getting told 'sry we dont have them anymore and we cant give you your money back'
If you dont pay him back for his PE's then im afraid it does make you a scammer cos u have effectively stolen his money.
And if i was argueing about this, i wouldnt argue because of the money, ide be argueing because of principles.
