Ok... let me introduce myself
I play on ares with my character Marshall1337, one of the best priests in game . ive been playing this game for a long period of time and i've decided to quit.
I shared my acc with my roommate, because i dont have much free time to play, cause of college. And i havent played it for 2 or 3 days and when i logged in i saw that i've lost 2 % of exp and i've decided to change my password. I went on the site and changed it. Everything was fine but i've been drunk when i changed it so i cant remember it now. I tried everything i could, pm gm's with noob accounts, i've even spoke with some people, post on official forum, pm Devile (sorry bro), i saw on official site there is an option «forgot Pw», but it was only a picture.

I have all informations, sq, e-mail, last 4 digits of credit card but i don't have password.
So guys can someone please help me

if you have all the informations, the sq, credit card #s, your pass before u changed it, tell them u were drunk when u changed it, should get it back, it will jsut take time

No comment. But if you bought premium is possible that you recover password. Click and buy have number transaction. If you create new acc and send msg to k2 with 4last number transaction maybe they send you on mail your password. But you must send all information abaut account. :P

i had the same thing.i was sleeping . my friend called me and told me to change pw. i did and went to bed again but char was online in game.after 3/4 hours later i couldnt remeber the pw
i sent tickets , thx to gm ikonik . he helped me and i got my account back.
