turkish alphabet in id..

my friend has turkish alphabet in his id and due to fucking dupers who used that bug of turkish id .. he can't login to game since 3 months .. we sent many cs tickets but they didint fix it .. what can we do ? or can we ask to get the char to another id or sth ?

Don't think there's somthing like "id changing" but they can probably "transfer" the chars on the old account to a new account somehow.
Anyway it's K2 so nothing you or your friend can do about it, just make new one <_<
