ERROR CODE_FIELDxxxxxxxx (HELP!)

My friend had some problems with Xtrap lately he lives in Morocco So he formated his computer XP SP2 (OS)

He gets the erro code_field all the time these last 3 days he cant log anymore Any kind of bypass ?
I showwed him how to clear his prefetch nd flush DNS nd all that stuff we even tried SNOXD's Bypass but nothing :S

delete xtrap folder and it will redownload
