Error - 0xE019100B - PLEASE HELP FIX.

This is my Task Manager while KO is running,

This is the Error,

Please, someone help me with a fix.
I have to relog into game 100+ times a day because of this,
I can play for hours, then get this error, 50 times in an hour..
& its all random times throughout the day, I have been dealing with this for weeks.
& I cannot figure out why it is happening,
I have reinstalled KO, system restored my computer,
Completely whiped my harddrive to remove all unneeded programs.
& this is still happening,
KO is my all-time favorite MMORPG, but this is making me want to quit playing, ))):
I have invested countless dollars into this game & am not trying to lose all my progress.

PLEASE SOMEONE HAVE A FIX.

Try disabling your anti-virus

I have the same problem i get it once and a while usually when im afk merchanting.

Got windows 7, avg security and mccafe security \

if you get a fix let me know
