error in old account

Its cus the Country IP ... u must to change the country of ur acc for those where u live now

the problem is this account wasnt in website too long.. so whem im login i have to write seal key and 3 secret questions, and give e-mail code..
but that e-mail was only for ko, and not in use then it was removed so i cant get the code ><

what to do?
