NEED URGENT HELP

can anybody help me dealing with a hacked account?....no1 else knew the secret answer of this account, besides the real owner, she's never shared the account with anybody, she was playing it 24 hours ago, then she left for classes, when she came back, tried to log in and it said invalid password..

then a friend of her, tried to pm her in game, and someone else answered, pretenfing to be her, i would like to know if someone here could do anything to help me, i will be spamming cs tickets daily, n fill a complaint with the BBB but to be honest, i dont think they will do shit, if anybody out there can help me out in 1 way or another id be greatly grateful,
