FlashVPN problem

Ok so I bought a dedicated VPN connection from www.flashvpn.com and followed the howto instructions.
However I do not manage to get it to work.
If I activate my VPN I cannot use internet anymore.
It worked for like a sec once..
Anyone know what to do? Live support is offline.

Might try this. On the tab where you type in your User Name and Password, There is a Properties Button. Click that. Then Go To security and make sure Require Data Encryption Is Unchecked. This fixed mine.
