Well when i try login it always freezes on Character data 99% then i have to end task and do this 3 times before i can get in ........ anyone know why this happends

And the loading picture only does like a quarter maybe its my gfx card but when i try to upgrade it it says cant find suitable device or something

just about the 99% is what i want to fix
