FPS lags ... how you make 'em stop T_T ? ? ?

for those who don't understand
i can log in game, in the far far piana.. when no1 around, names off... same with normal/shout chat.. and my fps will jump from 70 than 1 than 10 than 30.. but never stay on one logical number.... in far piana at that situation i usually had at least 70 fps.... btw... does connection make fps lags or it's the video card- go go help plx :wacko:

Some have fixed it with bios update and some with other, dont know were the post is, but someone under this it is

i found my problem with winamp when i launched the game with winamp running my frame rate would chug from 1 to 80 60 etc so i killed winamp launched game and everything went allright just launched it after i had launched the game

i had the same shit, now i run limewire , log into ko and close limewire n its better. -_-

just incase u know, update ur gfx card drivers cpu drivers bios and close background applications u don't use.

u guys must using Windows XP home edition same as me.
I also have same problem about FPS.And some friend offer me to download package 2 for windows xp home edition or download professional version.

i always play with norton disabled... but that's for freeze lags...
i'm talking about fps lag.. when you just logged to game and you got fps like you are in moradon :S after 5 hours in game.. i mean wtf...
than add the spike lags i got since idk when.... i can't fuking play
