FPS spikes

my pc sucks...i never get 30fp
always around 17ish

U get a long time freeze sometimes when u are in a place with many ppl? Is that what u mean?

Lets put it like this..

Im running12 bowl im 10 metres away from an Atross (no1 there) and i get 30 fps
The nextsecond i get 9 andit goesback to 30 rly fast making my screen freeze for 1/3 of a second
Which makes it rly hard to combo.

My fps isnt stable it goes from 30 to 9 and back to 30 rly fast

could the people with issues take some screen dumps of running tasks in task manager

Hmm tryed almost everything at the mo but still getting spikes

Now that I've upgraded (sorta) my computer I'm getting the same thing. Sometimes I get that spike every three seconds non stop.

If I uninstall the reinstall the vid drivers it seems to fix it for about two or three installs but the it starts up again.

I've tried different versions of the vid drivers also that doesn't seem to help.

even a worse problem here.
generally fps 20 but when ppl around it drops 6 -7 and freezes . So I cannot play.
Can some one help?
