FTP Error at Start up.

Ok so this is my problem...

I go to load the launcher, and the following error comes up.

It says " Cannot Connect to FTP Server" Please Return to the homepage for accouncements"
" Download.knightonlineworld.com

When i try to re-download the game from download.com. It freezes at 68% ish.


Any Suggestions?
If you could help me, that would be great.

clear cookies etc, then try re download, might work then
