Game Cam Quality Help

okay i have my game cam set up to record at 1024 x 768 and 69fps

I am using a producer called Camisita and I am rendering the vid in 1024 x 768 also

but after it produces the Quality goes to shit when there is movement in the game it just gets all pixelated and when its standing still or low action its crystal clear. I have also used different production programs aswell and still doing the same.

Anyone else use Game Cam and produce with great quality? If so please tell me how you have your settings set up to record while in game.
