FRAPS video size

ok im a noobcake on ingame recording

ive been FRAP'sing alot of time in cz nowdays and now i go and look at the file sizes and they vary from 10mb to 4GIG!!!!!!!! WTTTTTFFFF
and i wanted to send my friend a vs footage but the motherfucker was 600mb

i need some info on how i can lower the video sizes or is it that way forever?

U can try at wmm - open the video of 600mb then save as .wmv or whateva but quality gonna not good, u can try it
