games doesnt work?

yea i know the topic tittle is a bit off lol but basicly i open the launcher is patches, says the launcher is up to date, then when the game opens i get a black screen and my cursor and nothing loads ... kinda pissing me off lol, ive tried sorting it outy with my anti-virus i tried reinstalling it really dunno what to do :/ anyone can help?

I am getting this too. I get past the launcher and then just a black screen. Anyone have a fix?

i get the same thing as well, depending on what resolution i've set KO it's either a black or a white screen.
