IT GOT FIXED AND HERE IS THE SOLUTION: I DOWNLOADED SPYBOT->RUN UPDATE->SEARCH FOR VIRUSES.
done that and it removed all the shit out of my pc and POOF ko is working smooothh..
btw im using Bezeq International (בזק בינלאומי) as my isp.
