If you wanna use Teamspeak then download client, its totally free for using as user.Same as for Ventrillo. You can also make your own Teamspeak server( then you download server ofc), but stability of server depends a lot on your connection...If you want real Teamspeak/Ventrillo server then you have to pay ofcource, monthly or 1 time for some period of time. Prices you can look up yourself...
