login in mykol on the official site and check if you're not banned.
of he is banned he will get this ( server is undergoing maintenance pls try again later.
my solution wait for maximum 30 minutes if it is not fixed send cs ticket.
ur char is stuck inside the server.
either u wait for server restart or pm a GM/ cs ticket.
