Getting rid of lag when deleting data files?

Hi all!
I have insane lag (computer lag, not internet) when I'm in war at my parents home with my sucky computer.
I really want to play without it, or at least reasonable lag so my spells won't fail.
Anyways I have a good pc in my own home, and I can't just transfer it around all the time so..

Is it possible to remove some data files so I won't lag so much? Just some parts of armor for example that aren't really important? I tried removing alot sometimes, but ended up with 0 lag but 0 characters too

Any expert can advice me on this? :wub:

well deleting FX folder should help however you wont see any animation then
you can use to it playing with sound (without music)

Well isn't it possible to put sound off in options already?

Never tought of deleting items cus im sure ill delete wrong ones.

My friend deleted the minor heal animation, 1920 heals, hp/soul pots, mage 60/70/45 Novas, helis/hellblade, etc. And he never lags. But I dont think it would be fun playing KO without all the animations, it'd look so dead imo xD

And no, I don't know how to do it, but i'll ask him later
