Alright so i'll post the story before the image. BAsically after the new ticketing system came out, I Submited a ticket changing my password in the first ticket. I Supplyd all the info The last 4 cc numbers, Click nd buy id number Email, old sq all the info that ud normally need. So I Post it, 1 day goes by nothing... 2 days go by nothing 3 days go by..... and i'm like wtf? , it'd take them a second to do it.
What im posting in the image is They have these color codes for what step they are in like..
babyblue "work in progress" means theyv sent a tech suppourt but on my open.. its in babyblue? not the regualr blue so it changed whats this mean?
