Well.... Im 1 more with same problem. I got hacked somehow, somebody changed my pass and now I cant retrieve my pass, cause retrieve system is not working.

I tried to post on KO forum, is not working.
I left a ticket on support system...but well, hope KO team solve it someday...

Any idea what can I do? MY char name is: ArenitaBR

Can t do nothing my priest 72 was hacked i ve asked to CS and they gave me:
MS+1
Shell set+1

Zzzz
i v spend 480$ in game... premium... trina... Zzzz i spend 480 fucking dollars and K2 won t give me back my items... they won't rollback me...

Thanks god My problem is solved, and I got my char back.
I cant complain about resolution: since I post my information, they gave me the account back. :P
