Cannot Connect to Update Server Hackshield Error

Hey guys

I tried to un-install and install also tried re downloading however keeps giving me this crap error.. Anyone know how to fix this? I went into the hackshild folder and tried to update but it doesnt work.. suggestions please?

what i did was use another Hshield folder from another computer, delete the one out of you knightonline folder and replace it.

This has happened to me too , is there any other ways to do it other than uninstalling it ?

many people had this problem today... moradan was empty.. For me i tried to load again after 5 mins and it worked
