Hackshield update failed !!

hi guys... well when i was playing knight online, i got disconnected so when i tried to go back on it i clicked start on the launcher and the hackshield thing was in the bottom right corner. it stayed there for about 5 - 10mins until it said hackshield update failed. idk if i am the only one with this problem... hopefully not. I have tried stuff like re-installing it but still gives me same error. If anyone has same problem or has solved this before could u give me some ideas of what to do. Thx oh and this is on euko btw....
