i had a lvl 58 sin named slavemaster on ares server, one day i logged on and the character had just disappeared, the spot is empty where she stood, but i can't make another character in that spot and i can't us the name any more. I was just wandering if there are any suggestions or things i can do.

I've sent a billion support tickets, even got a #from a friend, still no help.

I've gotten zero help from KO in solving this issue.

any help would be greatly appreciated tx
