FireDrake instalation problems (read all post already)

no post has helped me yet
first i had problem with 'game isnt installed'
i got 1299setup, ok, i run it and reinstall.

i try to update it via launcher, i got FtpError or something like that
its kinda strange, it was ok until 1330 or so,, then ftperror.
i reinstalled it like 2 times, and got same error always in 1330+-

someone had those problems? is someone able to help me?
