    Default Cant Register ... ''error'' in officals ..

    Yo... I tried lately few times making a register and it gives me an error : ''We cannot register you at this time. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy and terms of use.''

    It's not only for me , 5x friend tried lately and they all failed @ making register ...

    some1 knows how to fix it ?

    did you try restarting your router or using different web browser?

    tried everything ... friends aswell ( chrome , mozilla , different router/ip (got 2x ips in my home) and explorer ) ..
