re installed ko now wont launch

I had an error for a while with ko and I thought maybe if I re installed it the problem might get fixed. Turns out I cause an even bigger problem.

As I re installed and launch the ko launcher as admin since i have vista, the patches are not uploading. I tryed to re install the game, restart my pc, check my firewall and reboot my router but still nothing.

If there is another solution please hit me up. I posted the same post on gamersfirst in the ko forum section but no one has helped me.

found out the problem. I had to download the new download file.
See i was using my old downloaded file that i had already on my pc. I guess it was out of date.
