[Help] logging in 2 accounts on SteamKO on 1 IP with and without premium

Me and my little brother decided to go play SteamKO. We cannot log on together with both no premium.
Is it true that 1 premium member is enough to both get online or do we both need to buy premium?

I heard somewhere that 1 premium user is enough but then the non premium user has to log on first. After he logged one the premium user one can log in.
Can someone confirm or give me any information about this?

1 f2p login per ip, then you can login as many premium as you want

This is correct. If I recall correctly, it doesn't matter what kind of premium

Everything is confirmed and clear.
At the moment we are playing with 2 accounts on 1 ip. Me (with premium) and my little brother (without premium). We both can log in without weird sequences.
