Help need someone that uses euros and C&B

I bought an account from a turkey person. All was good untill one day I log in and says acount banned fraud payment. Here he cancelled his credit card and got my account banned. I can not pay C&B because they want it only in euros. I have the money and I can pay back via paypal. I need someone from maybe somewhere around turkey but has to use euros. I will also add extra money for the person who helps me. PM me if interested or want to know more about story.
