gamecam fix or fooked ?

so im posting here , whats everyone using cause i tried fraps and it laggs the shit out of me and makes me die alot, its also 30 second clips and sucks i love game cam does anyone know how to fix it ? or what is going on , btw my prob is i log on and xtrap says its a macro /illegal program and boots me off so idk any ideas ?

If your gona use fraps i would suggest recording onto a secondary hard drive
