    Default HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!! SOMEONE!!!!!!!!!

    i have just got my comp back from the shop, and they did a system recovery for some reason... well i re downloaded knight online and every time i open up the launcher if gives me "FTPOpenFile Error" then i click "ok" but the launcher doesnt close, it just says "Could Not Download Files. Restarting File Download (1)."......... im at patch 1453.. just the original patch from the opening of firedrake... can some1 please help me and guide me in the direction i need to go in!!
