Leave it as it is because if you inturrupt "Merging Files" process you might see some complications such as buggy graphics/ no elements on weapons/ curtain skills and such.

Once you done it once, every other time before starting the game it checks the files to make sure that everything is there.

Make gousty our Mod for tech support =). As gousty said dont try to close launcher when it say mergin. If u do files get messed up, and doesnt work with fast load path. Result can be that u cant either load the whole game or grpahic mess up.
