dont need it, just reboot the modem and routter if you have

when i had this problem b4 i did everything i know to fix it but i couldnt, maybe in his case it's different but mine didnt solve till i formated my pc, and i have an image in my pc for windows and all the software i always use , so i dont have any problem formating my pc any time
