I have this acc a long time... and 14 days ago i lost it.. how?

i change my password on web sites but the password have changed only on sites no in game, so i have 2 passwords ! and after 1 or 2 days i lost aboth !!! now i have no chance to say K2 to reset password and when i use "forgott pass" it write "info. doesnt match" ! so I DONT KNOW, HOW K2 WANT SOLVE THIS PROBLEM ! But the worst is i have 28, yeah 28, days of premium! grrrrrrrrrrr :angry: :wacko:
