When you log into Knight Online through the official web site, you will be able to see the reason why you are blocked. Please refer to the "Policies" page for further details on why a GM or Admin will block an account. If you feel that you have been wrongly blocked, you can submit a Customer Support Ticket.
However, bear in mind that accounts that have been found in violation of our posted Terms of Service or using any 3rd party tools (such as KOXP, Macro, etc.) will be permanently blocked. A blocked account will not be un-blocked under any circumstance.
