combo feels like it lags out

usually when i playing i can keep a constant combo and whatnot all good
but then at some random times it feels like after every 5 or so skills i get a delay for like 2 skills then it goes back to normal but it seems like i lag out but i can still pot and moving and shit :S this happening to anyone else? never had this problem before, thought it was my net which was capped but now its uncapped and still got the problem.. anyone else get this shit sometimes?

Might be FPS drops? Otherwise it might be some net limiting program or was the cap already done by a program?

uhh im 100% sure it isnt the net and not the fps coz iv tried on a my other comp which has shit as fps (freezes heaps) yet i can combo fine on that comp never have to worry about it lagging out

I get it all the time. I've just resorted to believing KO is shit

I think it's FPS drop out as when I'm in a heavy environment like Arena it fails more, yet on the dummmies my combo is perfect

I took all visual effects (They suck anyways) like from weapons off and it improved the speed by a lot.

Doesn't help me much, although I need to upgrade the PC, it's shit.

Dual Core 2.8, Nvidia 8400GS and IDE HDD

My ISP connection is shit too, only has 3MB down, 468k upload

I have noticed same problem but I thought it was only because I changed my net connection :S Specially when im soloing something, usually they are 2-3hit, suddenly i have to hit them 5-6 times. Gotta try to take effects etc of, ir just buy new comp
