You don't have to close KO to make it work, that's just to test and see if it did work. Btw, I recommend doing this without KO running, if you did it while alt-tabbed from KO it probably won't work.

Doesn't do that for me, I've had this working for almost two months now and I use Internet Explorer every day. Did you follow the directions in the first post to the letter, and what Operating System are you running?

Note: This still works for me, even since FD came out. If you have problems with this let me know, again I emphasize this is perfectly legit, since it does not modify any KO related files.

No, because its renaming a file on your computer that is not associated in any way with K2. They have no control whatsoever over what you do with files on your computer that do not reside in the KO directory.

It's the Internet Explorer .exe file. It IS Internet Explorer. As long as you update your shortcuts to point to the new ieexplore.exe file that will be created after you run KO and exit it once, you should be fine. IMO you should be using Mozilla Firefox for your browsing anyway :P[/b]
