how to decompress fraps

When i click this link it only takes me to the ko4life index.
this is in media section in useful links but it doesnt work. Could sombody give me correct link pls. Probly i just passed it without noticing but i checked like 2-3 tims already.

Use windows movie maker, do import into collections and then choose your video, and save it as a movie file.

or try to use winzip
you need to also download the codec for fraps
